Florida Liquor Store

This out of the ground liquor store was built for Walmart in Titusville Florida. This 6500 square foot building included all underground utilities, foundation work and interior space. Free standing building with beer coolers and retail space.

Kroger Wine Bar

This project is a wine bar added to Kroger in Dalton Ga. This was a new concept for Kroger and build in the middle of the store while the store remained open. It included coolers, 3 compartment sink and serving counter.

office warehouse building

This project was a new 40 thousand square foot combination building, office and warehouse. Two story office space with kitchens on each floor, 50 office spaces and twenty thousand sq foot warehouse. Two story wood finished steps, solid surface counters in break rooms and baths. New construction and utilities.

Convenience Store

This project is a convenance store in Florida. Flooring replacement, paint and lighting remodel. This remodel was completed while the store was open. Coordinating flooring in sections to keep the customers able to continue to access the store. This scope required a large amount of floor leveling.

Air National Guard Base Ohio

This is a maintenance hangar in Columbus Ohio Air National Guard base. We came in and moved all furniture out into storage, prepped the floor and polished multiple areas. Reset all furniture and just a few days. It was an honor to serve our troops space.

Villa Rica Beverage – 9,031 SF Liquor Store Renovation

SunTan Construction transformed an existing structure into a modern 9,031-square-foot liquor store for Villa Rica Beverage in Villa Rica, Georgia.

The project involved the complete renovation and conversion of the existing building into a functional, attractive retail space designed specifically for a high-volume beverage and liquor operation. The work included extensive interior and exterior improvements, updated building systems, new retail finishes, and the construction of a layout tailored to the store’s operations and customer experience.

SunTan Construction managed the project from renovation through completion, coordinating the various trades, materials, inspections, and construction requirements necessary to convert the existing structure into a fully operational retail facility.
